Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and crowd control at high-traffic event entrances
- Process ticket scanning and wristband distribution with precision
- Assist with venue setup, including seating arrangements and signage
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor compliance with venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with security and vendor teams for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of New Orleans geography and major venues
- Must be 18+ years old
