Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend concerts, festivals, and private events
- Manage venue access control and ticket verification
- Assist with crowd management and safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team members for smooth event operations
- Maintain clean and organized venue spaces
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to venue locations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
