Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Execute crowd control protocols and maintain safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for seamless operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (stages, signage, barricades)
- Assist with inventory management for event supplies
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible hours
- Previous event/concert or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Valid driver's license (for transport between venues)
