Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket verification systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure event safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown procedures
- Monitor crowd flow and report operational issues to supervisors
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
Qualifications
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass basic background check
- Must be 18+ years old
