Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at event entrances
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticket salesProvide exceptional customer service and information to attendeesMonitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocolsAssist with vendor coordination and setup/teardown logisticsReport maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Represent Vibrant Events with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) consistently
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license (for venue transport needs)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must be 18+ years old
