Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket scanning at venue entrances
- Assist with directional guidance and venue navigation
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with security and venue management teams
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Set up and break down event equipment and signage
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with occasional holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
