Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Monitor venue security and crowd flow
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams
- Set up and break down event infrastructure
- Handle ticket scanning and sales transactions
- Assist with emergency protocols and incident response
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for venue transport)
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments
