Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes with professionalism
- Operate event equipment including ticket scanners and payment systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event infrastructure
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd management procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible hours
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Must pass background check and drug screening
