Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and venue support during weekend events
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and directional assistance
- Ensure venue safety compliance and emergency protocol adherence
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including equipment handling
- Handle basic cash transactions and point-of-sale operations
- Report operational issues and maintain venue cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility with event schedules and locations
- Previous hospitality or event experience a plus
- Tennessee resident with valid photo ID
