Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/breakdown logistics
- Handle ticket scanning and attendee registration efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check (paid by employer)
- Flexible to work in outdoor/indoor environments
