Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown including furniture and decor
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance throughout events
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at all venues
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday availability
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Quick learner with attention to detail
