Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Assist with setup/teardown of event materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Support vendors and sponsors as needed during operational hours
- Report venue issues or safety concerns to lead staff
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Houston locations
