Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at weekend events
- Coordinate vendor setups and ensure seamless venue operations
- Execute event flow protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse event attendees
- Collaborate with venue teams for synchronized event execution
- Conduct post-event breakdown and venue restoration
- Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (8am-10pm shifts)
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas Driver's License for venue transportation
- Flexible schedule during peak event seasons
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic first/CPR certification (training provided)
