Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols during weekend events
- Coordinate vendor operations and troubleshoot logistical issues in real-time
- Train and supervise part-time staff during shift rotations
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and inventory management
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team on social media engagement during events
Qualifications
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor venues
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
