Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest flow at premium Seattle events (concerts, festivals, corporate functions)
- Deliver exceptional service while managing venue access points and VIP areas
- Execute crowd control protocols while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate mobile payment systems and process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with venue teams to ensure seamless event operations
- Document incidents and provide post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8-12 hour shifts)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Valid Washington state ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently while following team protocols
