Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warm professionalism and manage entry queues
- Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing and merchandise
- Coordinate vendor setup and breakdown logistics
- Execute event protocols for safety and crowd control
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout shifts

Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/week)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic POS system knowledge (training provided)

- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable SF transportation
