Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist attendees with inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors and support team for seamless event operations
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure and signage
- Report incidents and maintain accurate attendance records
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and possess event industry certification (training provided)
