Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with crowd control and venue navigation guidance
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Coordinate with security and venue management teams
- Set up/break down event infrastructure and signage
- Maintain a positive brand presence throughout shift
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-12pm shifts)
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to multiple Denver venues
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends only)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in apps
