Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to event attendees
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket validation, and venue access control
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue cleanliness
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries and issues
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise/concessions
- Report maintenance needs and security concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Available Friday evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekend shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various San Jose venues
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students accepted)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
