Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and attention to detail
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and customer spaces
- Operate POS system efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members during peak evening and weekend rushes
- Support inventory management and product stocking duties
- Adhere strictly to food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings (4-11 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
