Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in order entry
- Upsell signature cocktails and seasonal specials
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak service rushes
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (4 PM-11 PM) required
- Knowledge of New Orleans cuisine and local cocktails a plus
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- TAMs/ServSafe certification beneficial
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler Card
