Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, registration desks, and activity zones
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticket processing
- Set up and break down event equipment, signage, and decorative elements
- Assist with VIP guest coordination and special experience facilitation
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event transitions
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with adaptability
