Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety compliance throughout shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team leads during high-traffic periods
- Support setup and breakdown of event infrastructure
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd control protocols
- Must pass background check
