- Manage guest flow and ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours
- Execute event setup/breakdown procedures with precision and teamwork
- Process transactions using our mobile POS system with 100% accuracy
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries in real-time
- Document event metrics and provide improvement suggestions post-shift
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/weekend)
- Outstanding communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
