Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and coordination at weekend venues
- Manage guest registration and ensure seamless attendee experiences
- Collaborate with vendors to coordinate logistics and timelines
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional on-site support
- Conduct venue safety inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management and equipment preparation
- Document event feedback and prepare post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination or customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility to work in various outdoor and indoor venues
