Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend event setups and teardowns (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Manage vendor check-ins and booth assignments
- Oversee attendee flow and guest experience
- Handle on-site registration and ticket scanning
- Resolve logistical issues and coordinate with security teams
- Conduct post-event cleanup and inventory management
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays 8am-6pm
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event management software
- Must pass background check
