Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with venue navigation and information

- Support setup/breakdown of event areas and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and visitors
- Handle basic cash operations and point-of-sale systems
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
