Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend patrons across dining and entertainment venues
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy
- Maintain pristine venue standards including sanitation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend events
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Support venue setup/breakdown for weekend events
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) including evenings
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Food Handler's certification a plus
