In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technology, ensuring seamless operations during peak off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and live chat during weekend and evening shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately and promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while keeping clients informed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evenings as scheduled.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
