Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and emails regarding order status and product inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate daily stock counts and organize warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow.
- Shift Operations: Execute standard operating procedures for shipping, receiving, and packing during the evening shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and shift logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit facility.
