Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Support Operations: Manage and troubleshoot server maintenance tasks during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all support tickets, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the full-time engineering team to escalate critical issues and improve internal processes.
- Training: Assist in onboarding new support staff and conducting weekly skill workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and Evening Shifts.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and macOS troubleshooting, basic networking, and remote desktop tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
