Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during evening and weekend shifts ensuring seamless service delivery
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management team to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid food handler certification preferred
- Must be 18+ years old
