Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist with product inquiries
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety protocols compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist with receiving shipments and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
