Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Assist customers with product selection and purchase transactions
- Manage inventory and maintain organized store displays
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness and safety
- Participate in evening stocking and merchandising activities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for consistent evening (Thu-Sun) and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Charlotte location
