Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Support visual standards through regular store upkeep
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in evening closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun evenings)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown SF location
