Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend evening shifts (Friday-Sunday 4PM-10PM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and process returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Actively upsell products while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in end-of-day closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend evening shifts (Fri-Sun 4PM-10PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown Charlotte location
- Must be 18+ to operate POS systems
