- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
- Prepare and maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Ensure cleanliness and operational standards exceed guest expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume weekend periods
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability Friday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid California Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
