- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory and stock displays to ensure optimal product availability
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation projects
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday evenings)
