Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in processing orders and managing inventory during peak shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Adhere to all company safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
