As a Weekend Evening Concierge, you'll be the face of our luxury property, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating exclusive experiences, and ensuring seamless service for our discerning clientele. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend evening shifts (Fri-Sun 4 PM - 12 AM)
- Provide personalized dining, entertainment, and transportation recommendations
- Coordinate VIP experiences and manage guest requests through our concierge system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of DC's attractions, events, and seasonal offerings
- Process payments and manage guest accounts with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns proactively with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Washington DC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with reservation systems and mobile apps
