Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using expert techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Availability for weekend evenings (Friday/Saturday 3pm-11pm)
- Basic coffee knowledge or willingness to train
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
