Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Provide product training and support to new team members during weekend shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
