Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure client satisfaction and minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Conduct product training sessions for new weekend staff to ensure consistency.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies during weekend operations.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs) strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic proficiency with computer operating systems and software applications.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license (optional, for occasional on-site meetings).
