Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints including in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create appealing product displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store operations
- Adhere to all safety and compliance policies during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and evening shifts (until 11 PM)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for potential inventory runs)
- Flexible schedule availability during peak holiday periods
