Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays with seasonal updates
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Friday evenings (4 PM-10 PM) and weekend shifts (10 AM-6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
