Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure continuity of support during off-hours.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while handling high-volume inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required by the schedule.
