Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with patience and professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during slower periods.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift changes.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office in San Jose.
