Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer detailed inquiries about our services and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
