Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and providing recommendations.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and merchandise adjustments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization during shift hours to ensure a safe environment.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency.
