Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, ensuring a positive and memorable brand experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with floor team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation duties with strict adherence to company policies.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS hardware is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for inventory runs.
